hello i need help my text on my site is black and it should be white

Admincp->Styles&Templates->Style Manager

Select your style "Green Fox" and select go.

Look for font color and change it there.

yeah, also be sure u installed the greenfox languagephrases

as Snardley stated admincp > styles&templates > style manager > greenfox > maincss > now go through this and find what your looking for should be pretty easy from there.

Also install firebug addon for firefox, it'll help a lot.
