Texbox that doesn't allow emailId,website url and mobile no

I have to create a textbox which doesn't allow emailid, website url and mobileno. I don't know how to create validator for this kind of textbox and I have to validate this textbox at both ends(Client Side and Server Side). The basic idea is to avoid any type of contact information.
