Ok, on my site (http://campbells.dikaios.net) I have pictures (specifically under the Aaron, and Baby 'X') areas. These ALL link to pictures.php?picture=name.gif&alt=AlternateText&alttitle=ImageTitle&title=pageTitle
This works perfectly, and it's in a regular tag.

Now the question. Can I set the window size of the new window w/o js? Or do I need js.

AaronI think you need JS.To keep the browser happy, remember too to escape all of the ampersands in the URL, simply by changing every & to be & instead.

Be aware that Google does not like to index URLs that contain more than 2 variables. Thanks giz, I'll do that. I don't really care if it index's any of the pages I'm making here. It's like a "for the family that are outta state" kind of site. Thanks for the info though.
