I can't figure out why on this menu, the third level items are overlapping the second-level item. (Go to City Council, Boards/Commissions). Can anyone tell me how to fix this?a Link maybe?

BTW, that is the right site, it's just the OLD site. I'm getting paid to fix it because...of obvious reasons. I've come up with a whole different design, but they won't let me put it up until it's completely done. I tell people I work for the city of poulsbo doing web design stuff and they think that is my work. I want to state that I was in NO WAY responsible for that.
