Tag Generator

I'm looking for a plugin that when u run it,
it goes through all your topics/posts and creates tags for each one,
i need this because my forum has people who don't create tags,
and there are 100s of topics to edit.

After full install, go to Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters, and run the tag all threads, etc.
