Table Insanity!!!!!!!..............

Please help! I don't think any of the code below is wrong, rather, it's just not the correct way to do what I'm asking it to do. All the code is exactly the same, every TD as well FONT tags. I will change it when I actually use it. 
 
The code will be used within a Table (A TABLE WITHIN TABLE). My problem is, for some reason NO Matter which TD Series you place at Top (The First TD). It removes it self from the rest of the Table (It's not in the border) & it Turns WHITE! Not sure why this is happening. Oh & Please keep in mind that, I did it all in separate TD's, for I may change the colors of each later.
