Syncronizing 2 mysql dbs

Hi forum!

My working environment is as follows

I've got a mysql db running on my localhost, one on my colleague's computer and one our my isp's server. Me and my colleage are working on the same project, both developing locally and then transferring the results to the server (files and db).

is there a way to syncronize 2 external mysql dbs with the server db without overwriting what the other developer updated before?

any ideas are appreciated,
