SWFs on Confluence Page Do Not Read XML

I am not getting much help on the actual Confluence forum so I thought maybe somebody on here might have a better experience with trying to post SWFs to an Atlassian Confluence page that takes data from an XML file that is also attached to the page. It works when I preview the file in the page's attached files list (and works locally of course), but once I save the page, the SWF runs without accessing the XML. I do not believe that this is a path issue. Does anybody know if there is a setting or security feature that prevents the SWF from loading the XML? I can get the SWF to load video, for example F4V files, but not XML. The code for the SWF is ActionScript 3.Any help greatly appreciated,Chris
