i want to put video on my site using mov format, played with quicktime plugin. im using premiere to write mov's. can anyone make some suggestions for codecs to use?<br />

the first one i tryed was mpeg-4 but the files i was getting from that were like 30 mb at 360x240. sorenson cut the files in half but that is still too big. please help.<br />
