Submit Threads to Technorati

Hello,

Any knows how to submit threads to Technorati in vBulletin, when i try to claim my forum i get this error:
This URL has been flagged by our systems. Please read our Blog Quality Guidelines for more information.

vBTEAM for example is indexed:

vBTEAM Underground - Free vBulletin Hacks, Skins and Support on Technorati

I think that the links from technorati is very good for SEO.
