I just tried submiting my URL to dmoz.org and I recieve this message.

I submitted the form from Netscape 7 which I just downloaded so it has never cached the page. How am I supposed to get around this?
Another question, how am I supposed to submit to Google? I can't find a link anywhere.
I've never had to submit a website to search engines or directories. I have no idea where to start. I need all the help I can get. Much Appreciated guys.
