subforums not showing up

I made the subforums but on the forum index they are not showing up under the parent category name, if I go to the forum parent forum then the subforum is showing
 
What's your Forum name dr :) Can U Send us a image what kinda problem it is happening ,

undert Latest WWE News the subforum where suposed to be showend...
if I click Latest WWE News tha subforum are shown, but on index they don't show
