Style Problems

Ok when I upload a style then make it my deafault I get this:

 

[Itsuki Minami]

you just have uploaded the images to the wrong folder, try clicking the image and chekc path of the image see if you uploaded the images to the folder the imags calls, and that's it if youhave more problems pm me

Ok I will give it a shot I'll edit with results.
