i know this is really newbish but, on my site, <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.winxpforums.com">www.winxpforums.com</a><!-- w -->, when you minimize the window and keep making the window smaller the horizontal scrollbar doesnt come up until you cant even read the screen. but on most sites the scroll bars pop up when the site gets smaller than 800x600. how do they achieve this!>>@? its puzzled me for a while now. <br />
