Help please! I've setup a VW Camper website but its not even in the top 20 pages on google for 'vw camper' i've got 134 inbound links according to web tools all my site links ar 'nofollow'

Surely I have enough links to my site? I've started a facebook fan page and share links across relevant fan pages aswell.

Where am i going wrong with this? please keep answers in half simple terms and basic guidance please. Dont just reply with i need links as I'm doing that i assume its a code issue?

Also im getting about 50 hits a day a mixture of from my backlinks and google adwords

the website in question is www.sleepydubs.co.uk I had a v. quick look:
