Strange URL Issue

This is strange, check these 2 URLShttp://watchbands.com/http://www.watchbands.com/They're two different sites. How is this happening?I just called the wrong company's customer service by accident because I went to the site w/o the WWW.When i went to the site w/ the WWW it brought me to the correct site. Oh and they are not the same companies.I'd say somebody's got their MX records all screwed up. If you try to "sign in" on the one without the www, you get a bad redirect error.http://watchbands.com/ this one should be http://www.wristwatch.com.The later one should better check thier dns cause they are loosing a lot of customers...
