Strange things at Google.... Backlink update delayed :(

Backlink delay for updating I suppose google is being extra careful updating thier backlinks before the holidays, they have been like clockwork the past updates except for the oct,18th roll back but have a look at the consitancy of the previous updates which is irritating because I scheduled my advertising to run till now for this backlink update and now no update !!! Grrrr to think of all my advertising dollars wasted if they don't update soon . Does anyone have any idea how long google keeps backlinks in their cache or valid before they re-evaluate and drop them if their disapeared?Previous days between G backlink updates 9 updates.202316382224232111 but rolled back * doesn't count *46 re-evaluated google error not a good example caused this longest update timeLast update for backlinks Occured on Oct,2825 days and counting * Very strage things going on at google right now * If their isn't a Backlink update soon their will be no honey moon ! I have 9630 backlinks waiting no reason for them to get sandboxed or softened but heck I would be happy if they just added my highest PR ones and say only 300. only 5 of them would give me PR 6 and huge boost to my serps but as we all know PR has nothing to do with serps.looking at your days between backlink updates - one time it was 16 , time after it was 38 - how is this predictable or clockwork?Maybe the guys name that presses the update button's nickname is " clockwork " ?Well they recently expanded their index to over 8 billion pages so maybe the freq of updates for the PR and backlinks may be not as much?Well I don't know the webmasters at seochat seem to think that the update is going to be entered in mid january for pr and backlinks but if the average has been been 20-30 days between backlink updates I just don't see why all of a sudden its going to be 60 plus. IMO, but hey if I don't see new backlinks for my new site by Nov,30th I will be wrong and send everyone in this forum a dollar a day via paypal, " just kiddin " but I am amazed that the link: command hasen't been updated yet. I already know I am not a sandboxed site so this update could be a big leap in the Serps for me. But I will know but then.
