Strange forum problems

I'm being told that a few of my forum members can't access the forum on random occasions.

Some get an error saying the address can't be found whilst some member get on but when they post a reply it just says its posting and sits there, sometimes freezes.

However, whenever I post I have none of these issues so im confused.

Any ideas?
 
To see if the server gets any requests at all? If it does its a PHP error, if its not, its a apache (or whatever youre now using) error.
 
When did you obtain the domain & DNS servers?

This also sounds like a webhost issue. Not a VB issue.
