Strange .ext domains and the values they have

I am very curious to know.

I've seen really weird extentioned domains such as .ac or .io or .sh

Does google consider these domains a lesser value to be on top of the search engine as opposed to your typical .com or .org?

In other words does it make a difference with your SERPs?
