HelloMy site has been running for a while and ive changed it about 4 times. Before the last site redesign I was a PR1 but I had no backlinks etc.Question is why am I on a PR0? I have a number of backlinks to my site although google does not count them yet.If you type "thelondonextensioncompany" into google you will see a few 3/4 high PR rated sites linking to us.I know my HTML code is pretty bad on the site would this stop me from getting any PR? Also the site has been running for 18months and I find it hard to believe that its still in sandbox.Any help ideas would be great. Hi,I visited your website thelondonextensioncompany and the desing is good. But it does not have any meta contents at all.No keywords present in your home page, no alt img, no weightage in meta keyword. Please let me know about your business or send me a small writeup about your bussiness, I can help you in creating it.Entire meta tag has to be reworked.Meanwhile you register with linkmarket.net where you get quality PR6, PR7, PR5 links, it will be costing you around 20$ one time fees. Please feel free to email meRegardsNickyhttp://www.jnbsilver.comThanks for the kind response Nicky. Its not my business but I agreed to design the site as a favour for a friend. I don't have to much time but the design (Photoshop) part comes easy to me but the coding not so much.Anyways a little on the business - Basically its a building company that builds house extensions in London for non commerical customers. The company its on a small scale but egger to grow into something bigger. The purpose of the web site is to get a steady stream of interest from web. I have worked out the main keyword needed and that is "house extension(s)" or "home extension(s)" these words don't seem that competitive really but as I have no pr I think that's what killing me on goggle and most if not all hits come from my link at http://www.house-extension.co.uk/links_page.htm as they come top for those 2 search keywords. I did think that I had meta tags on the site but I may have lost them during a redesign phase I recently did.Any help rewriting the homepage would be great and very much appreciated.Glen.
