I am looking for a programmer who knows php, xml, mysql and javascript. I need someone who can handle all the programming at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.upleap.com">http://www.upleap.com</a><!-- m --> . I am currently paying for all the promoting and will help with designing details but I have no/very little knowledge of programming. I need someone who is willing to work on tracking problems, making a program for automatically pulling info from another database through ftp and adding it to our own and pulling results from our database and adding results to the search engine. I have a new merchant account through authorize.net and need someone who can build a shopping cart/pay page for the site also.
I am not looking for someone to hire. This is a new business venture and I am looking for someone willing to just do the programming and for that will get 50% ownership and profits. I am planning on puting all profits back into advertising at first to build traffic and revenue but as anyone knows on the web to have a successful site you need a good programmer. The first programer I worked with just quit on me and the current programmer who agreed to work with me two weeks ago has done nothing. I need someone who is willing to get what needs to be done, done in a hurry and there are a few things that need to be done shortly, most important things first like adding the pay page for advertisers.
I had an agreement with the current programmer to do these things but as I said before, he has done nothing he said he could do. If you can be fair with me and do what you say you can do without taking a month for each task then please email me for more info. I am willing to put everything under both our names and when we get things done and start earning money I am planning on getting incorporated under whoever my partner is and myself as a partnership incorporation. If you have the time and are willing to devote your efforts with me we can make a very profitable business. I am only willing to work with programmers from the USA for legal reasons for getting incorporated and such. I have affiliate programs through clickxchange.com & clixgalore.com and need to get this site running correctly "asap". If you don't have the time to devote to trying to create a profitable business with me then please don't reply.
