"Status:CLIENT HOLD" What does this mean, Site not opening..

I have a site <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.headachecure.org/">http://www.headachecure.org/</a><!-- m --> which suddenly stopped working ( Domain Registrar : Namecheap)I thought some problem with my host but checked every thing and all was fine. Then i changed my host and still the site is not opening.I just checked the whois <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://whois.domaintools.com/headachecure.org">http://whois.domaintools.com/headachecure.org</a><!-- m --> to see "Status:CLIENT HOLD" the domain still has 8 months to expire.Can anyone help me out in this ??
