Hi all, sorry posting this here but i really dont have any where else that answers questions,
On my sql server i was able to run profiler with out problem. Now i can run any queries, i've been getting "cannot load the dll c:\mssql\sqltrace.dll, or one of the dlls it reference. reason 127( the specified procedure could not be found.)
Does any one know what this is and how to fix it,
here are the stuff i tried
I copeid over sqltrace.dll file from a server that profiler works,
i went in master database extended sp for xp_trace_addnewqueue and looked at the permissions and set it to public,
please someone help me i need this to use the tuning index wizard,
