I have just seen that someone posted a link to some hack for an accelerator, which is meant to speed up your forum, but someone has posted to say that the hack doesn't work or words to that effect, which got me thinking.
One way to speed up your forum without the use of any 3rd party hack is via your own Admin CP. I realise that there many out there will probably be familiar with some of the useful changes to a forum, but for anyone that is new to vbulletin or wasn't previously aware, take a read of this.
I found tips like the above very useful, it helped to speed my forum up and cut the server load down as well.
