specific ORDER BY clause... HELP :)

Table has 2 fields....
Field 1 has 1,2,3,4,5 and
Field 2 has apple,banana,orange,peach,pear in it, now...

Anyone know how to ORDER BY field1 ASC, where specifically you always want 3 to start... for example... the sort order I want is:

1
2
4
5

As long as the 3 comes first before everything else than I am happy.
