specific member permissions in supermoderators group

hello to all. what i want is to remove the permissions to a specific user in my super moderators group so he doesnt have the possibility to see the "Users" block in the left when he goes to modcp. Practically i dont want him to check the users by ip or ip by users , ban users , check and edit the profile fields of the users. So he is like a moderator but with full access in all the forums. can anyone help me with this ? thank you in advance
