Spam registrations

Friends, i have added the extra mods available to try to curb the Spam registrations that plaster porn and pills posts in my forums. Is there a for sure way to stop this ? I was up to 300 members that were just spammer bots. Any help would definately be welcomed.

Go for it and u can stop spamming and i am also posting a mod which will also help u to stop spamming.

i also get these bots.
and if i use miserable users.
im just banning innocent ip's.
they just spam pills and pornography
and idk help.
