Hello,
What happens in SEO if you submit new page or blog article of the same website to the same social bookmarking sites (about 40 sites) every day?
When I submit to these social bookmarking sites on the first month, I got a lot of traffic.
The second month, I got less traffic than the first month.
The third month, I got less traffic than the second month.
The 12th month, I got less traffic than the 11th month.
My traffic goes down.
I don't know why? Because I submit to the same social bookmarking sites? or what other reasons may cause my traffic goes down?
Should I not submit my new page every day?
How often should I submit new page to social bookmarking sites?
Thanks for reading. A full 90% or more of the traffic you get from social networking sites are bots (automated parsing agents) .. though they are all configured just a little differently, you can nearly be sure that they all have some sort of spam filter/configuration built-in , in that if a site/domain is submitted, or otherwise made reference to too many times in a given period, the spam filtering kicks in and the bots (automated parsing agents) will visit you less as a result.
Happy Coding ..
Submitting your new pages to social bookmarking is good, and honestly I only rely upon it for SEO. Sure, it can bring some trickles of traffic here and there, but it shouldn't be your main source for traffic.
You really need to diversify when it comes to traffic sources. Social bookmarking can only help you so much. As for how often to submit, it depends on a variety of factors
