I've tried to install all this to my database, and all the files are uploaded, but I just can't get anything to work, such as the install script. Please, I really need someone to help me with this, I've followed this guys instructions as well as the vbulletin manual, but I can't get anything working! I really need help, so can someone who is really good with vBulletin help, please?

EDIT: Also, my FTP client won't let me CHMOD the files. Is this the problem?
 
I've worked out a way to CHMOD (throug the file managaer on the server)

The real problem is after uploading all the files, following the links for the install script etc, just get 404s. Plus, I'm really not sure wat exactly needs to go in my config.php file.
