Someone Help!!!

Well, i was adding mods to my forum, than the next thing i knew my admincp color had gone away and i am unable to click any of the drop down arrows, also the options button on the main admicp page is unclickable. Was it something a mod did or is it something i did please help me! btw, everyting is still doable if you know the right link like i can manage users by going to www.mysite.com/admincp/user.php, if that helps?
 
The last mod i installed was the one that hides attachments from users until they reply, but everything was working fine after that. But when i went to add the custom bbcode, the one that i found on this site, i hit test my bbcode and everything feel apart!
 
No, my board is working fine its the admin panel that is not working, well is half not working. Like, there is no color and the only way to get to all the options is to press expand all, also after this happened my inferno shoutbox quit working as well! could there be a connection?
