and for the postbit (the first image) is easy you need to go to Admincp/vBulletin Options, the search in Style Options and find Postbit/Postbit Legacy you will specify the postbit legacy option to look like you want, for the other just search that phrase and add a <br /> to split that phrase

example: Welcome To Forums $vboptions[bbtitle] You Will Need To Accept The Rules To Proceed With Your Registration

You Will Change To

Welcome To Forums $vboptions[bbtitle] You Will Need To Accept The Rules <br />
To Proceed With Your Registration

and it will look like this

Welcome To Forums BlaBlaBlaBla You Will Need To Accept The Rules
To Proceed With Your Registration
