some help along with comments and suggestions

ok here is the site i'm working on here (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://home.earthlink.net/~zone_disney/1">http://home.earthlink.net/~zone_disney/1</a><!-- m -->`index.html) now my problem is that on the 800x600 res. you have to scroll well if you scroll down a little bit but keep one of the links near the bottom the box that comes up for that link DONT move to the top of the mouse....but if you scroll back to the top and put your mouse over a link near the bottom it does...can someone tell me what i would need to adjust so that it will do this no matter if the screen has been scrolled down or not? also any comments or suggestions on how to maybe make it better is welcome..thanks again<!--content-->I don't have the foggest idea of what you are asking for....I for one would throw the logo into paint shop pro and crop some of that huge canvas off.<!--content-->
