Sorry but I think you are using old list of bookmarking site cause Propeller is no longer an active site since October 2010 so remove it from your list of bookmarking site.
BTW, I loved Propeller much. It was my favorite one. For good SEO backlink profile you should have both noffollow and dofollow links for your website. Some good social bookmarking sites are dofollow. So create a mixture of dofollow and nofollow backlinks by submitting you site in social bookmarking sites. You can also get traffic from social bookmarking sites. Which will be extra benefit of SB.
