so my virus scan detected a virus, and it says that I cannot move, clean or delete the file?

the description of the virus is "exploit-PHPBB.b" and its a trojan. the bame is "base[1].css" what will the virus do to my pc and how can i get rid of it?<br />
 
What is your anti-virus program? Do you have any anti-spyware program? I recommend having the #1 Bitdefender then have 2 or 3 anti-spyware. I use Webroot Spysweeper and CounterSpy. Try downloading trial versions of these then see if it removed your virus. Also try, starting Windows in Safe Mode and disconnect from the internet. Maybe that virus is currently working in your system. Just simply restart your computer in safe mode by pressing F8 in the boot up screen and then scan that virus again and then remove it.
 
Yes run your computer into safe mode and then perform a whole scan. Make sure that your antivirus is well-updated. If ever the virus is still exists, the only option is to run the restoration of your computer.
