I have many stupid questions to ask.
I give you a list:

How do Admins, Mods on my forum?

How do I create hierarchies in my other forum?

How do I sub and categories?

How do I put a logo on my board?

How do Admins, Mods on my forum? this doesnt make sense.

How do I create hierarchies in my other forum? heirachy of what?

How do I sub and categories? when creating a new forum,select no where is says : Act as Forum (Will act as category if no)

then as for creating sub forums, just select the parent forum from the drop down menu

How do I put a logo on my board? depends on your skin and how its coded.
 
In the firts Question i try to say:

How I Create o Make a Admin or a Mod?

And The other question is:

How i create a group like Admins with the name Super Moderator?
 
wow, you have basic questions. The best thing to do would be to either google it, or get yourself a manual
 
mari when you install vbulletin you will be superadmin. from there in the admin control panel you can add people to the already established groups such as admins, supermode,modes,members etc..this answeres both of your questions.
