smilies permission error

Hey there i dont know whats wrong with smilies, from day 1 of my site, uptill now smilies are not working properly, i tried all possible methods to make it work but it dont work. Whenever i click on [More] it gives me this error

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I tried disabling my all plugins and then re-tried, that time it worked, i know some plugins in conflicting with smilies, but which one i dont understand, i have now only 30 active plugins installed on my site, rest all plugins i have uninstalled it, still its not working.

Any idea what should i do?
 
i got sorted out with my problems and fixed the issues that was conflicting with smilies, can any staff member close this thread, since i dont need help any more for smilies. thanks
