Slow down Cron?

My host says I am using up too much CPU Usage and this file is using a lot of the server's CPU. How do I fix this?

Find out which cron job is running most frequently and turn down the frequency of that task.

AdminCP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Scheduled Task Manager.
