I've been very happy with Downtownhost, however, there's just one thing that's been and is still bothering me. I'm just wondering if anyone encountered the same situation:
About 1.5 weeks ago, I emailed them, asking for an upgrade from my current gold shared hosting package to Dedicated Bronze, and they said it would be done in 3-4 days, however, as mentioned before, it's been 1.5 weeks, and my account is still not upgraded to dedicated bronze, I know it takes time, but they've been ignoring my emails. Anyone had this problem?Perhaps they are having a pretty heavy workload or are encountering problems moving you; hopefully you'll get a status update from them soon.I really hope so. Cause they've been great so far. Then all of a sudden no replies and slowness xD. I was like surprised. But yeah I hope that's the case. They probably have a delay in setting up the hardware. Sometimes these things happen. I would suggest you to call them and to ask for a deadline. Speak to someone who is responsible for setting up new products and services to get information about your server.Hope you'll find prompt resolution!
