skin not appearing on mozilla

I installed a new skin and it appears on IE but not any other browser(safari,Mozilla). Every time I open my site on mozilla etc., I see my previous skin. My new skin is my default skin and that still didn't make a difference.
 
Clear the cache and cookies of safari,Mozilla, close browsers and then re-open and see what happens.
