No its not!!!.... its an amazing re-write of vB!
Your never gonna get a style like that unless you learn alot of php, html and css or pay serious mega bucks for it!

I apologise. The cms/skin of the site looks like php-nuke sites I've seen in the past and the sourcecode said phpnuke in the meta, so after a lazy look, I thought it was phpnuke.

I'll keep my opinion to myself next time, shall I?
