site optimized 6 months for well no improvements what will you do

Site would be optimized well for 6 months but no improvements in this situation what we can do for that. Perhaps do your homework again and better this time? I know it might sound rude but if you really have put all your efforts on optimizing a site and still you can't see results you should learn from those that had success, your competitors on the SERPs. Many factors could have impact on that

• Site age
• Quality of Inbound links (you could have thousands, but if the quality of the sites from which you have the incoming links is low the value will be low too)
• Keyword density and prominence (in title/description and body)
• Use of heading tags

Just my 2 cents... Who says it was well optimized ?
