Site hosted in another country

Hi,My dating site are mainly for the US, UK and Canadian peoples. But i have my site hosted in the Czech Republic.does this have any effect on my rank?will say that my PR are current 0/10 because the site are only 1? month old. but im adding my link to all search engiens i can find.So hopeful my PR vill rise?And does it make a problem that i have about 40 outgoing links from mig webdir ? google will not think "bad" about the site. ?If any are interested in the link, then the link/site are for review in the "review" part on this forum. Someone in North America searching for any of your keywords is not likely to have the SE's return results from the Czech Republic. They are going to find and return results from North America first. Your site needs to be on a North American host and/or North American IP space to reach USA/Canada. It also would not hurt to register a co.uk domain which could be hosted in the US/UK and redirected to your main site.
