Does anyone know of a utility or something that can slow down your connection speed. I am connected to the internet with a DSL line and I'd like to get a feel for how my sites load on modem connections. Is there some kind of software out there that can slow my connection down to simulate a modem connection?<br />

But my client is so in love with animated GIF files and rollovers.<!--content-->if your developing locally, and using IIS... you can enable bandwith throttling to simulate slower connectins. <br />

also, coldfusion studio can give you the 'document weight' (tools, document weight).
