If I submitted my site and it's not showing up, does this mean it's been banned? I'm assuming you mean just submitted to search engines? If so, it isn't an instant process.
For example, submitting to Google can take from a few hours to a few days before your site shows in the index. before 6 month I submitted site. even though it is not appear in Google. So what should I do.......... Matter of six months is too long. You need to carefully analyze your website and try to update your site contents and meta information. Try to develop the sitemap for your site and add it to the Google Webmaster tools.
Also check out the SERP for your desired keywords in all major search engines. If you are submitted your website 6 months ago to Google and its still not avalable in Google index, unfortunately Google doent determine your website important or maybe Google penalized it. I think you have did something that Google penalized your website. For example you made a lot of low quality backlinks for your website or you wrote duplicate contents to it. Do two things.
1) Add more unique content.
2) Backlink the unique content.
Put a link to it in your sig file here. Google is always roaming these halls. It Maybe be baned. Submit your site to Social Bookmarking and Social Networking site. Create quality backlinks; it will help your site to get index in Google. No, it might just because you are in sandbox Can you link up your site so we can have a look? Actually for a site without any initial referral links from a well recognized site it takes time to get discovered and indexed.
