Image Resizer (version: 1.0.1)

This plugin enables you to automatically resize every user-posted image which is larger than given dimensions. Administrators are able to set the maximum dimensions, and users can choose how enlarged images must be displayed.

The options are:
  • No resizing
  • Enlargement in the same document
  • Enlargement in the same window (replacing the forum thread)
  • Enlargement in a new window
It also adds an information bar (which is not displayed when the image is too small) giving information about the original dimensions and filesize.

This mod is very easy to install:

Installation / Upgrade
----------------
1. Upload "ncode_imageresizer.js" to the clientscript directory in your
vBulletin installation.

2. Import "product-ncode_imageresizer.xml" in your vBulletin forum. Enter your AdminCP
and go to Plugins & Products -> Manage Products. Click on [Add/Import Product] and
refer to the XML file.

Hey, I need a little help with this one. Everything resizes fine but in the bar where it should say "This image has been resized. ... The original size was..." for the size was it says "%1%2" instead of the pixel size.

What's really strange is that when I put in an image that is auto resized and I preview the post it gives the correct original size in pixels.

Here's a link to a demonstration.

Edit: Of further interest, if you check out my site's front page it displays the correct pixel size when it get's posted as news. Strange...
