I having two sites providing same services with same content, same template and links and all. like

thanks No need to add same keywords & content on both websites.You should find targeted keywords which can fit into your website and related to your particular niche.
Google can ban your website for duplication. If that domain has the same content and the same on page optimization, same metas, same keywords, the result of that was competing each other. domain age is the factor ........... old domain age has the edge over the other
you should try to make changes in the keywords. If you like to have websites with exact same content why stop with 2? Why not build 1001 websites with the exact same (duplicate) content?

If you are simply going to have the same content on both sites, you should only have one website, and have the other domain set up so that it automatically redirects to the website with content. May be you can can use different keywords for both of your sites and also different content.
