when everyone upload a signature in my site it always says

Your file of 22.5 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 9.8 KB for this filetype.

can ne1 help me please were to edit this problem

AdminCP => Usergroup Manager => USERGROUP NAME => Signature

change limit setting at vbulletin..
