i have a main div which is centered in the page, and holds the page content.
I was wondering how to get that effect where its like theres a shadow or gradient on the left / right borders of the main div, so it stands out more from the background?
thanks. You'll need an image of a gradient to get this to work cross-browser. Microsoft has a proprietary method of this, but it will only work in IE. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.1976design.com/blog/archive/2003/11/14/shadows/">http://www.1976design.com/blog/archive/ ... 4/shadows/</a><!-- m -->
