"show table status"

I have some question to ask. I use 'show table status' in one of my db. My question here is,

<b>both the value in my table is 'Data Length'= 2764365964 , Max Data Length= 4294967295. Does is show that I have to increase teh Max D.L , in order to keep more data? If so, how can i increase it?
