Ok check this page in IE6 and then in Firefox or Netscape. Notice a difference? Of course you do the background layer in IE6 repeats down to the bottom of the page while in Firefox it stops under the google ad.
I do not know why it is doing this, I do not have an extra closing div tag or anything.
Can anyone see why it is not tiling in Firefox or Netscape?
Thanksare your columns by any chance floated? if so an empty div, at the bottom of the one with the background, with the style clear:both; applied to it should solve your problem.i dont understand what you mean. my page is setup this way,
i have a wrapper div tag, then 3 divs to make the 3 columns. the background image is in the wrapper div. so where would i use the clear: both; attribute.
an example would help me. thanks<div style="clear:both;"></div>
</div>
</body></html>
